The reservation is made with the amount of one month's rent. Solvency check is required according to the profile.

- DNI/NIE (both sides)
- Last 2 payslips
- Employment contract
- Working life
Self-employed workers
- DNI/NIE (both sides)
- Last 3 Social Security contributions
- Income Tax Return
- Working life
- Latest quarterly taxes (form 303 and 130)
Pensioners
- DNI/NIE (both sides)
- Pension certificate or revaluation letter
- Bank proofs of the last two pension incomes
